Random tips...WATER WATER WATER. drinking a gallon a day makes u lose alot of weight cuz it fills u up and its like eating air. plus make sure to incorporate excercises with cardio.. my fav is eliptical cuz u burn twice as many cals as a tread mill and works ur arms too...

caffeine, grapefruit, and methyphenidates/amphetamines are appetite suppressants.
eat veggies, mostly water in them and fiber to make ya go haha
eat fruits wehn u have a sugar craving. cravings normally means that ur having a deficiency in ur body needing sugar. but it doesnt need to be fucking brownies or anything.
Last time i was really determined was from last september-december. i went from 121 to 97. this caused me to get mono, because i wasn't eating, working out 2.5-3hrs a day at the gym, and barely sleeping (i cannot sleep on an empty stomache... i have a sleeping disorder. it sucks)
and then xmas season came around... zucchini bread... how i hate that i love it. its not even the taste really just the smell that lures you to it. and i was stuck at home for 2.5 months when i only saw like 2 of my friends twice. i was bored, with only sleep (sleeping disorder with mono... doesnt help much), internet, tv... and a kitchen full of food for my fat ass family... my almost 14 year old sister is 130lbs atleast... but i do feel sorry for her because she gained 15 lbs 2 yrs ago from prednisone because she lost her hearing completely. but she doesnt try to lose it, instead she's self consious and hides her body, sits at the computer and plays tetris on her phone all day. anyways... when you havent eaten a full meal for 3 months, and with nothing to do... temptation comes out to bite you in the ass, and ana is muffled. i felt horrible about myself. well the first week of mono i went on a liquid fast, and kept working out as much as i could. i couldnt bear to give up til i couldnt move. i could barely run, it was like a walk on the eliptical... the fat old man next to me was running faster than me. i fainted in the locker room on the toilet twice. but yea soon enough i couldnt work out anymore. and i started binging, at first i would puke it up as much as i could, though i've always been horrible at it. then i couldnt get anything to come up... so i took laxatives. but i can't leave the house so atfirst i kept asking my dad for them when i ran out saying i lost them, or they didnt work. after asking him 3 times i stopped so he wouldnt get incredibly suspicious, even though i was eating a SHIT LOAD... hehe literally.
anywho, i didnt work out for a million years, gained weight again... 123 lbs probably ... i stopped eating so much and started eating like a normal person when i got back to school and it wasnt until recently that i've had the energy to start working out again. mayebe like 3 weeks ago. when i work out, ana comes back.
